Return & Refund Policy

We are sorry that our system does not allow the addition/deletion/replacement after checking out but you are requested to cancel the order and make a new one before the payment. Meantime change of color/size is possible before the payment only.

Please leave a request on Q&A when you want to cancel your order.

After we confirm your payment you can not change/cancel your order.

We accept returns on deffect products for refund within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please make sure to inspect your merchandise when you receive it.

Customer must inform us of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date for accurate investigation. All return (s) must have the original packaging and accessories.

Each return must have an order number/item no, Please write down the order number/item no outside of the box when you return your merchandise.

We cannot accept returns of non-defect products for a refund, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
  • items with wrong size or color as long as they are in accordance with your order.

We do not replace/refund/change for the color/size as long as they are according to your order.

Please keep the tag intact with the item in case you would like to return to us. All items without tag will not be accepted.
